Sue Barr is an award-winning lifestyle and portrait photographer based in Asbury Park, New Jersey. With over two decades of experience, she has created authentic, storytelling imagery for families, brands, and publications including The New York Times, Nikon, P&G, and McDonald’s. Her fine art work is in the permanent collection of the Smithsonian and has been shown in numerous solo and group exhibitions, including the Monmouth Museum and the Oyster Point Hotel.  Working in both analogue and digital, Sue is known for capturing real connections with honesty, artistry, and poetic nostalgia. She transforms the everyday with her lens, revealing moments of beauty that might otherwise go unseen. Her most recent Analogue work is on display in The group show Greatings from Asbury Park at the @629 Art Gallery during the 2025 Sea Hear Now Music festival.
